LaunchAI is on a mission to build the world’s first vision-based ADK (Agent Development Kit).

We are seeking an exceptional new graduate to help build the platform end to end. You will work on multimodal AI models, visual grounding, workflow engines, deterministic execution, and the tools users rely on to build, run, and supervise agents.

Full-time · $120K–$150K/year + stock options.

What You’ll Do

• Build tools for computer-screen-using AI agents
• Improve our vision-first workflow builder and reliable execution engine
• Develop across our Python runtime, FastAPI backend, and React/TypeScript portal
• Turn frontier-model prototypes into tested production systems
• Work directly with the founding team and customers

What We’re Looking For

• Recent or upcoming BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or a related field
• Strong programming and computer-science fundamentals
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or another modern language
• Evidence of ambitious technical work through research, internships, open source, startups, or personal projects
• Curiosity, ownership, and excitement about making probabilistic AI systems reliable

Experience with computer vision, multimodal models, agents, compilers, distributed systems, HCI, or full-stack development is helpful but not required.
