Your job, minus the screen work

You run a portfolio of communities through the managers who run each site, and you answer to owners for the results. The work is coaching teams, approving spend, walking properties and signing off on the monthly package. Too much of it ends up being copy, paste and chase.

  • Pulling aging, work order and capital reports property by property
  • Writing three narratives per property from memory and site emails
  • Chasing sites for payment plan and legal status on the biggest balances
  • Approving time and answering payroll's allocation questions
  • Re-keying hires and transfers between HR systems and property assignments
  • Answering owner emails about which invoice drove a variance
