Where PMX stops and the screen work starts
PMX handles commercial recoveries, percentage rent, straight-line rent and residential leasing, and MRI counts more than 1,000 APIs in its Information eXchange. Using them takes a developer or partner to build and maintain each connection. The Import/Export Tool wants a finished, mapped file, and each client designs its own pages, so two PMX customers can show the same lease on different screens. Tenant sales reports, county bills and bank portals still need someone to read them.

Build on MIX for high-volume clean data with a developer who will own it. Use an agent when the task starts with a PDF or a lease clause. Many shops use both.
