OneSite carries accounting, facilities, spend and documents, and RealPage's Lumina agents now work inside it. Outside integrations come from registered vendors through RealPage Exchange, switched on property by property, and stay Pending with no data until you accept. We found no public bulk import for operators, so a spreadsheet of renewal offers or vendor bills gets typed. Bank portals, utility sites and HUD systems sit outside it all.

No. It works as an ordinary OneSite user and sees only that user's properties and permissions.
Should we buy an AppPartner integration or automate the screen?
Buy the integration when a partner sells the exact job. Put the agent on the steps between integrations and the fields they leave behind.
Can one agent work OneSite, Knock and LOFT in the same run?
Yes. All three are web apps a staff member signs into, and the run record shows each screen in order.
