Oracle Fusion + Primavera Unifier

Explore 450+ workflows. Pick one, or build a custom one from scratch.

Where Fusion and Unifier stop and the screen work starts

Fusion runs the ledger, payables and project costing; Unifier runs change orders, RFIs and daily reports as business process records. Both have APIs, but Unifier can only create records in processes built for integration, and those records stay at their first status until a person acts. Owners often design their own Unifier forms, so a bot recorded on one program fails on the next. Procore's ERP list does not include Fusion either.

What agents do in Fusion and Unifier

The agent works in a user's browser, inside each owner's configuration, and approval steps stay with named approvers. Product →

What agents do in Fusion and Unifier: what happens in Unifier, the agent, Fusion and the approver
  1. Fusion Payables Create Fusion invoices from subcontractor PDFs, attach the PDF and match to PO and receipt.
  2. Unifier Potential change orders Build the change from the subcontractor's quote, one line per cost code, then stop for the PM.
  3. Unifier Field records Log RFIs and daily reports in Unifier from the foreman's email or photo.
  4. Approver Tasks log Prepare each record assigned to the agent's user so the approver only decides.
  5. Fusion Change order match Create the matching Fusion change order and flag any gap against Unifier.
  6. Unifier Owner programs Work inside an owner's Unifier as a user the owner has provisioned.

Questions

Does Oracle's Unifier-to-Fusion integration replace the agent?

No. It moves project data between systems. It does not read a pay application PDF or log a foreman's report.

Can a contractor's agent work inside the owner's Unifier?

Yes, as a user the owner has provisioned and with the owner's agreement. The owner's workflow still decides who approves.

What happens to record numbers if a save fails?

Unifier leaves a gap. The agent never renumbers; it records the failure with screenshots so the gap is explained.

No prompts. No babysitting. No Integrations.
