Questions
Do we need SDX before LaunchAI can run?
No. The agent works Spectrum's screens as an operator. If you already have SDX services or batch templates, a workflow can call them for the steps they fit.
Does it work if we sign in through Microsoft Entra ID or Okta?
Yes. The agent runs in a browser where the user is already signed in. If a second factor is needed, it pauses and a person completes the sign-in.
Which Spectrum steps should stay with a person?
Closing the period. Change Processing Dates rolls the books forward, so keep it as a review step for the controller.
